On 5/5, IGOSIL reached its 0.5 anniversary since launch.
Thank you so much to everyone who continues to play IGOSIL!

Through IGOSIL, being able to see the moments when players first discover the fun of Go,
and the moments when they discover new魅力 of Go,
truly makes us happy.
We are sincerely grateful to all of you who play every day.

To help everyone enjoy IGOSIL even more,
we plan to continue rolling out various updates one by one,
with the goal of reaching our 1st anniversary around November 2026.

Today, we’d like to share part of that roadmap with you!

[Upcoming Update Plans: Part 1]
■ Support for Double-Tap Input
This will help prevent accidental taps,
making it easier and more comfortable to play anywhere than ever before, including during commuting or school travel.

■ Improvements to Game Record Analysis
We plan to make it possible to display move suggestions and use undo during replay matches,
so it will be easier to review your games.

[Upcoming Update Plans: Part 2]
■ Multi-Challenge
By consuming special tickets in addition to stamina,
you will be able to earn rewards for multiple matches in a single game.
Even players who felt pressured to spend stamina will be able to focus on each individual match more than ever before.

[Upcoming Update Plans: Part 3]
■ 13×13 Challenge Pass
In addition to making 13×13 board play available in Step Up Battle,
we plan to add features such as increased stamina limits and pass missions,
making Step Up Battle even more comfortable to enjoy.

■ Unlocking Step Up Battle Beyond 1-Dan
We also plan to unlock additional rank tiers,
so that players who would otherwise “graduate” from IGOSIL at 1-Dan can continue enjoying the game for even longer.

We will continue development with the goal of making IGOSIL even easier to play and even more enjoyable to keep coming back to.
